Personal data provided via the contact form is processed for the purpose of identifying the sender and handling their inquiry sent via the provided form – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

The period of data processing by the Controller depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data are processed for the duration of the service provision, until the withdrawal of consent or filing an effective objection to data processing in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and pursue potential claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law. After the end of the processing period, the data are irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

The Controller conducts risk analysis on an ongoing basis to ensure that personal data is processed by them in a secure manner – ensuring primarily that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent that is necessary due to the tasks they perform.
