Information Clause of BalticTest Sp. z o.o. applies to:
- natural persons conducting business activity with whom BalticTest Sp. z o.o. has concluded an agreement (hereinafter: "Entrepreneurs") or;
- employees or associates of BalticTest Sp. z o.o. contractors whose data was disclosed to BalticTest Sp. z o.o. in connection with the conclusion of an agreement (hereinafter: "Personnel") or;
- members of contractors' corporate bodies, proxies, and attorneys-in-fact who conclude agreements on behalf of BalticTest Sp. z o.o. contractors (hereinafter: "Representatives").
BalticTest Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: "BalticTest") processes your personal data:
- in the case of Entrepreneurs - for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of the agreement to which you are a party;
- in the case of Personnel - for the purpose of the performance of the agreement concluded between BalticTest and the contractor with whom you cooperate, in particular for the purpose of contacting the contractor in connection with the performance of the agreement;
- in the case of Representatives - for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of the agreement you sign on behalf of the BalticTest contractor.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter: "GDPR", to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject should primarily be provided with information regarding the processing of their personal data as specified in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
In light of the above, we would like to inform you that:

Józefa Bema 27A lok 28, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the city of Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000902890, share capital: 10,000 PLN, fully paid up, NIP (Tax ID) 586-219-00-30.

- Your personal data is processed on the basis of:
- in the case of Entrepreneurs - Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement to which you are a party;
- in the case of Personnel or Representatives - Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
- If you do not wish for us to continue processing your data, please
contact us.
- However, please be informed that the personal data provided by you is necessary for the performance of the agreement.
- Your personal data will be stored by BalticTest for the duration of the agreement and for the period necessary to establish, exercise, or defend claims, i.e., until the statute of limitations for claims expires.
- Your data may be transferred to:
- processors performing tasks on behalf of and for BalticTest, i.e.: entities supporting IT systems, providing accounting and archiving services.
- subcontractors supporting BalticTest in the performance of services for the contractor.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request the Controller to rectify your personal data;
- request the Controller to erase your personal data;
- request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- data portability;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
When disclosing personal data to BalticTest, the BalticTest contractor undertakes to fulfill the information obligation towards the Personnel and Representatives resulting from Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR by providing these persons with the content of this information clause.
