BalticTest is a company based in Gdańsk, founded by a team of professionals specializing in materials engineering and safety engineering.
Starting with local projects in the Tri-City area, we gradually expanded our operations to key industrial sectors in Poland and abroad. We have earned the trust of numerous domestic and international clients in the offshore, petrochemical, energy, gas, and shipbuilding industries. The technical assessments we provide also support clients in the telecommunications, construction, and road infrastructure sectors.

An important milestone in our history was obtaining accreditation from the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA), confirming that our laboratory meets the requirements of the international standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025. Through consistent effort and continuous improvement of our standards, we have grown from a local company into a trusted partner for many enterprises seeking the highest safety standards for facilities and units worldwide.
Our mission is to deliver added value to our clients, providing services of the highest quality, always conducted in compliance with safety principles and according to the agreed schedule. We believe in zero compromise when it comes to workplace safety and asset integrity. Every inspection we perform is a part of a larger mission: preventing failures, accidents, and potential environmental disasters.

We have extensive expertise in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT). Our services include ultrasonic testing (UT), thickness measurements (UTT), radiographic testing (RT)—both conventional and digital radiography (DR/RTD)—as well as magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), eddy current testing (ET), and visual inspections (VT). We also employ advanced techniques such as Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), and PMI spectrometry for chemical composition analysis. This allows us to detect all types of discontinuities, from welding defects in joints to cracks and corrosion, providing a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of the inspected assets.

We operate our own non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratory in Gdańsk, equipped with edge-cutting measurement instruments. BalticTest Laboratory is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA, No. AB 1754), confirming compliance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard. This accreditation guarantees the reliability of our procedures and the highest quality of test results.
We work in compliance with national and international standards (including ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, EN) and industry requirements. Every project is conducted in compliance with HSE regulations (ISO 45001). Our expertise combines engineering knowledge with practical experience. We also perform work at heights using rope access techniques.
